Cancellation & Return Policy

At RavelBerry, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We follow a fair and transparent policy to protect both our customers and our artisans.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:

Once 12 hours have passed or the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Assurance

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

Once a COD order is accepted, return or refund requests will be handled strictly as per the conditions below.


Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a defective product, or

  • You receive an incorrect product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The product

  • Original packaging

  • Tags intact

Requests raised after 5 days will not be considered.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@ravelberry.com or via WhatsApp at 9059935519 within 5 days of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will either arrange a pickup or share return shipping instructions.

  3. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  4. Products with removed tags, signs of use, or improper packaging will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after inspection.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products with removed tags

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned outside the eligibility window or without original packaging
